Responsibility

  • we can accommodate a shift pattern from 8.30am to 7pm to fit into your lifestyle
  • in this role you will
  • be the first point of contact for our customers
  • take inbound calls from leads generated by either our active website or a network of Introducers
  • make outbound calls to those who have completed a quote online and discuss the proposition
  • we have an exciting opportunity to work within a team where selling and delivering outstanding customer service is paramount to what we do
  • service existing customers with Mid Term Adjustments and renewals
  • if successful you will join a fast-paced environment where with all the right training, you will be helping customers who will really benefit from what we have to offer

Requirements

  • to be motivated and able to deliver in a sales environment
  • strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
  • be able to plan and prioritise workloads
  • A valid driving licence
  • you have ideally 2 years’ experience of working in a sales environment/customer service – preferably within financial services, insurance/motor insurance would be advantageous
