  • providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and growth
  • working closely with the Managing Director to maximise sales opportunities
  • building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers
  • promptly chasing up orders and dealing with any customer queries or complaints
  • seeking out new opportunities and areas in which to further grow the business
  • accurate and efficient sales order processing, including quoting, dealing with queries, and raising orders. Plus efficiently managing the Sales email inbox and website live chat
