- proactively Using our CRM to find appropriate reasons to call customers in our database. E.g. new offers, new products, birthdays etc
- liaising with our new customers in order to quickly and flawlessly provide a personalized quote suited for their needs to create them their perfect holiday package
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers is key in order to drive loyalty and encourage them to rebook with Football Escapes time and time again
- calling guests on return from holiday to gain feedback and secure next holiday enquiry
Requirements
- this role requires sales experience
- the role is Full time 5 days a week Monday- Friday based in our Reigate office. Once you have completed your probation you will be able to do 3 days a week from the office, and 2 from home
