Responsibility

  • head of Programmes/Region will still be responsible for renewals but with support of the SPMs
  • head of Programmes will continue to meet with first year project leads but fortnightly/monthly
  • SPMs are also responsible for identifying training needs within the project lead team and overseeing delivery of training
  • ensuring that progamme startup happens effectively, managing feedback from the school, holding mid year review meetings and updating the school on a regular basis
  • school Relationships: Working within 2-4 Partner schools and managing day to day relationships
  • they would also lead on making decisions around the school’s FBB provision going forward with sign off from Head of Programmes/Head of Region
