- troubleshoot and make necessary repairs as needed
- respond to service call outs within the agreed SLA’s
- resolve any issues in a prompt & professional manner
- recommend processes and procedures to ensure future problems are resolve in a timely manner
- keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on vending machines
- maintain a professional demeanour and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- ensure that all vending machines are in excellent working condition and maintained to the highest possible standard.Conduct maintenance checks on all vending machines
- ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols
Requirements
- previous experience as a vending machine technician or similar role is required
- experience in electrical, mechanical, or related fields is a plus
- ability to troubleshoot and repair vending machines independently
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- valid driver's licence / reliable transportation
- vending Machine Servicing: 1 year
