Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • proven experience in warehouse operative and picking
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst working calmly under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance is a plus

Responsibility

  • plan and organise all deliveries, working within necessary constraints of dates, routes, vehicle size, stock capacity
  • prepare plans, estimates, orders and logistics annexes in support of requirements
  • managing warehouse team and drivers effectively and smoothly in an organised manner
  • able to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
  • managing logistics and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
  • ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a secure work environment
