Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- proven experience in warehouse operative and picking
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst working calmly under pressure
- knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance is a plus
Responsibility
- plan and organise all deliveries, working within necessary constraints of dates, routes, vehicle size, stock capacity
- prepare plans, estimates, orders and logistics annexes in support of requirements
- managing warehouse team and drivers effectively and smoothly in an organised manner
- able to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
- managing logistics and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a secure work environment
