Responsibility
- as restaurant floor manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operation
- deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction with respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and organise and supervise shifts
- estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

- manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
