Responsibility

  • we are seeking a skilled Hot Tub and Swim Spa Technician/Service Engineer to join our team
  • they will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs for our customers
  • the ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance and installation of air source heat pumps
  • installing and setting up spas in customers' homes or commercial properties
  • troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with spas and identifying necessary repairs
  • performing repairs and maintenance on spas, including repairing leaks, replacing parts, and ensuring proper water chemistry
  • communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered
  • maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements

  • GCSE equivalent
  • previous experience as a hot tub technician or similar role
  • knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to lift heavy equipment
