Responsibility
- carry out a wide range of spa/beauty treatments such as Ishga facials and massages, manicures, and pedicures
- offer advice on products and treatments available, including pack deals
- ensure that strict hygiene standards are maintained across the spa and treatment rooms
- answering telephone enquiries and booking appointments for guests
- assist in the daily running and administration of the spa
- adhere to all health and safety policies
Requirements
- HNC or SVQ Level 2 in beauty therapy
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred however consideration will be given to newly qualified therapists
- A friendly and polite demeanour
- ability to work well as a member of the team and hotel family
- committed to professional excellence
