Responsibility

  • work with the Management team to identify and develop value added products, new revenue streams, product promotions and services to enhance the clubs’ long-term profitability
  • work to an agreed budget across the bar and catering areas with appropriate controls in place to ensure expenditure and profit is in line with forecasted margins
  • to reconcile weekly cash and pdq monies, bank and prepare floats in accordance with the financial procedures laid down by the Treasurer and provide weekly reporting on financial matters
