Responsibility
- grounds maintenance will form the larger part of the role, however general maintenance skills would also be beneficial
- main duties include maintenance of landscaped areas, both industrial and office space, litter picking, minor repairs, and taking meter readings
- this role is a permanent full-time position
- well-motivated, flexible person required for working on the company’s portfolio of properties mainly in and around the Stourbridge area, with occasional trips further afield
- the nature of the role will require the candidate to hold a full driving licence which would allow them to drive a 3.5 tonne Luton van, or similar
- hours: Monday to Friday
