folio Financial Services operates a business model revolving around the acquisition or asset purchase of independent financial advisers' client accounts
this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic and fast-paced office environment
maintain business relationships, building trust and report with clients ensuring a smooth account transition
handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail
assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
manage and organize meetings, including coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and expense tracking
through our expertise we have bolted on multiple successful businesses under our umbrella and are transitioning £25 million of clients assets over to our established technologically focussed brand
maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
1-3 years experience in a client facing role preferably within a business environment
proven experience in administration a similar role within the financial services industry
previous work experience working within the financial sector is an asset e.g. financial adviser, client relationship manager, wealth manager
excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
strong attention to detail and accuracy
proficient in using MS Office Suite and other office software
excellent written and verbal communication skills
