Responsibility

  • we have a fantastic opportunity for a PA to the Head of Business Development based in our Haverhill office
  • this role will combine executive assistance, with business development/administrational duties and will suit an individual that already has experience as a PA/Executive Assistant or Office Manager and is looking for a new challenge
  • this is intended as a full time position, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm however we are open to discuss flexible working opportunities for the right candidate

Requirements

  • provide efficient and proactive assistance to the HOBD and the wider business development team
  • being able to absorb information quickly is essential
  • organise meetings and keep on top of diary management
  • excellent organisation and communication skills
  • handling administrative tasks with our broker panel such as agency changes and new agency activations
  • be self-motivated, resilient and able to take on responsibility without direct supervision
  • assisting the HOBD with the monitoring of existing Broker Agencies
  • being a team player as well as be confident to work on your own initiative
