Responsibility

- review KPIs and set performance targets for your team, inspecting these regularly
- warehouse cost control and analysis, working closely with your Operations Director to manage your department’s P&L
- capacity planning and forecasting for new clients - we are in a growth phase so we need to plan ahead
- instil accountability in your Department Managers and schedule meetings to review this regularly
- HR responsibilities - for example, recruitment and personal development plans
- continuous improvement is essential to handle this type of growth, so you must bring ideas to the table
- inventory control – ensure the physical stock in the warehouse matches what’s on the system at all times, through accountability and processes
Requirements
- has managed a 24hr operation previously
- at least 5 years of Warehouse Management experience
- previous experience in presenting short to long-term plans
- worked on and led projects related to continuous improvement
- warehouse Management: 1 year
