Requirements

educated to degree level
registered Clinical Professional
evidence of Practice Supervisor/Practice Assessor training
evidence of continuous professional development
experience in a clinical role in specialist healthcare
working knowledge of clinical assessment skills for clinical non-registered and registered staff
skilled in coaching and supporting staff and volunteers, appraisals, inductions, mentoring and preceptorship
