Responsibility
- we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appliance Technician who is Gas Safe registered to join our team
- carry out repairs and maintenance on appliances, including fault finding, testing and replacing parts as necessary
- provide customers with advice on the best way to maintain their appliances and ensure they are safe to use
- install new gas appliances in customers' homes or businesses in compliance with Gas Safe regulations
- keep accurate records of work carried out, including notes on any faults and repairs made
- ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with Gas Safe regulations
- in this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of gas appliances, including cookers, ovens, hobs, washing machines, fridge freezers and etc
- provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- gas Safe registered with relevant qualifications
- experience in repairing and maintaining a range of appliances
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers
- good time management skills and the ability to work independently
- full driving license
- willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
