- ACOP L8 legionella control qualification
- you will have a broad Facilities experience, ideally with a strong compliance testing & inspection background
- high level of practical knowledge of relevant employment, Health and Safety and general legislative requirements
- own and develop good client relationships
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to work with senior client figures
- develop good understanding of reporting structures and company documentation
- have a flexible attitude
Responsibility
- undertake statutory compliance maintenance activities relating to water, mechanical, electrical, life safety and public health systems across a portfolio of sites
- complete comprehensive reports on company work management system
- provide managed compliance duties on behalf of our clients
- undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks within your skillset
- ensure the company’s contractual obligations are met
- providing mentorship to junior team members
