- coordinates with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold; contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets
- in addition to managing client accounts, recruiting and training junior sales employees, and producing reports and suggestions on marketing and sales tactics for top management
- while managing the day-to-day operations of the sales office, you will develop a motivated and engaged team that is committed to achieving both individual and branch-based targets
