Responsibility

  • analyse client requirements, customer reactions to a product, packaging, price, etc
  • gathers and evaluates sales data, creates plans for marketing initiatives and promotional initiatives, and does market research
  • handling customer accounts also involves keeping up with new products and, competitors
  • coordinates with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold; contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets
  • in addition to managing client accounts, recruiting and training junior sales employees, and producing reports and suggestions on marketing and sales tactics for top management
  • while managing the day-to-day operations of the sales office, you will develop a motivated and engaged team that is committed to achieving both individual and branch-based targets
  • building trusting connections with our clients, suppliers , and the field sales staff will also be crucial to your success in this position

Requirements
