  • promote sales and build up a rapport with all guests
  • be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability assigned, including redeployment to alternative areas if required to meet the needs of the business and guest service requirements
  • carry out any reasonable request made by a manager
  • inform supervisors and managers of any complaints/ comments/ perceived issues from guests and staff and deal with where appropriate
  • report any personnel issues to the management team that may affect your ability to execute your duties to the agreed company standards
