- manage facilities in the office
- maintain office efficiency by organizing standard and safety procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
- oversee the day-to-day activities of the office keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting
- recruitment and on-boarding, incl. updating policies
- make sure the bookkeeping is up-to-date
- assist accountants with VAT reviews at the end of the financial years
- keep a record of procurements and pay bills when due
- ensure that all purchases are in budget and approved by a senior member
Education
- A proven track record of handling a variety of administrative tasks
- ability to work independently when required
- advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms including Xero Accounting software
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of office management experience
