Requirements

  • MGT / Clear Supervisory experience is essential. Experience in food processing / handling environment. Bakery / food manufacturing experience preferred
  • communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with team and to senior management / and support functions
  • food handling – Level 2 in Food safety
  • physical requirements - repeated lifting, pulling or pushing, heavy lifting, exposure to temperature extremes, prolonged standing
  • interpersonal skills such as customer and colleague interaction
  • strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce

Responsibility

  • any other duty as required
  • to ensure the smooth running of the bakery by upholding company procedures and working with others to maintain standards
  • report potential problems on shift in a timely fashion
  • ensure best use of resources and report any low stocks immediately
