flower Pots Day Nursery is currently seeking enthusiastic and Level 3 qualified room leaders to join our friendly team at our Chesham location
Requirements
hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in early years education or a related field
demonstrate previous experience working within an early years setting, showcasing a solid understanding of childcare practices
possess a clean enhanced DBS check
passionate about providing exceptional care and education to young children, with a warm and nurturing approach
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with children, parents, colleagues, and management
strong organizational abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain accurate records
exhibit leadership qualities, motivating and inspiring your team while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment
commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to undertake additional training as required
