- hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in early years education or a related field
- demonstrate previous experience working within an early years setting, showcasing a solid understanding of childcare practices
- possess a clean enhanced DBS check
- passionate about providing exceptional care and education to young children, with a warm and nurturing approach
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with children, parents, colleagues, and management
- strong organizational abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain accurate records
- exhibit leadership qualities, motivating and inspiring your team while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment
- commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to undertake additional training as required
