FLOURISH DAY CARE NURSERY is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • baby Room Leader / Team Leader / Senior Nursery Nurse
  • ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks are carried out in the room and agreed action plans are completed effectively
  • to be committed to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery and your direct care
  • ensure accident trends are monitored and actioned appropriately
  • manage resources, organise routines and systems, communicate with senior management
  • lead and manage your team and ensure they are motivated and trained as per their individual needs, ensuring that it meets with the needs of the unit
  • be competent and effective with the settling in profiles for the children, alongside their short, medium and long term plans as well as their next steps and learning journeys

Requirements

  • level 3 or above in Early Years
  • hold a current DBS Certificate
  • have Paediatric First Aid Training, although not essential as can be arranged
  • have Safeguarding Training
