- build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- collaborate with HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies
- conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
