  • arranging deliveries/collection of vehicles
  • after Sales Queries
  • general office duties

Requirements

  • demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service with a proven track record
  • marketing Experience
  • have a friendly and positive telephone manner
  • proactive and reactive to deal with the fast paced environment to provide the highest levels of customer service
  • excellent communication skills to be able to deal with customers and suppliers effectively via telephone/email and face to face when required
  • able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • excellent IT skills which will include using an Apple Mac and Office programmes
  • must have a valid UK Driving Licence
