Responsibility
this role is part-time based on 24.5 hours from Monday to Thursday
monday to Wednesday 8am to 4pm, Thursday 8am to 11.30am
effective end to end processing of all weekly payrolls, ensuring deadlines are met accurately
collating weekly timesheets
maintain and update payroll parameters for Government Legislation
ensure all line managers and supervisors comply with Unite/Company pay agreements and staffing arrangements
we are looking for a Payroll Administrator to ensure effective end to end payroll processing and timely payment of all weekly paid employees, while ensuring accuracy in accordance with employment legislation and union agreements
on time issue of weekly management information reports
Requirements
minimum of 2 years experience of working in a payroll environment
knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, SPP and pension schemes
