  • conduct basic maintenance, including painting, plumbing, basic electrical repairs, and general upkeep
  • in this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks at our Birmingham and Nottingham properties
  • respond promptly to maintenance requests from property managers and residents
  • ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • on rare occasions, you may need to travel to our London locations to complete specific tasks
  • maintain a clean and organised work environment

  • proven experience as a handyperson/contractor with a strong skill set in basic maintenance tasks
  • own a reliable vehicle for transportation to various properties
  • possess a set of basic tools necessary for maintenance work
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • ability to work independently and efficiently
