Responsibility
as a member of our team of Chefs, the Senior Sous Chef will work with the existing team to prepare and cook fantastic tasting meals for our customers to enjoy
working in a busy restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, the successful candidate will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times
we want all of our freshly prepared food to be served to a consistently high standard to all of our guests and it is your duty to ensure that this happens for every guest, every time
duties will be varied and will include food preparation, stock control and assisting with menu design. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business
