Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis
- prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, as needed
- assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
- liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as required
- collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient financial operations
Requirements
- proven bookkeeping experience, preferably within a digital marketing or related industry
- proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not required
- accounting: 1 year
