Responsibility
- working as part of an agile sprint team to deliver value early and often
- managing the product backlog to establish clear priorities and focus for the sprint team
- being the voice and champion of the end user – putting the user at the forefront of design and decision making
- identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and driving growth and engagement by contributing to user engagement sessions and analysis to inform product development
- defining product goals & KPI's, measuring and reacting to these, and efficiently presenting back to stakeholders bringing them on the product journey with you
- working closely with cross-functional teams across UX, Tech, Operations, Brand and Banks to define the product roadmap for your squad, prioritizing features to maximise the experience of our clients and business
- collaborating with development teams to deliver first in class solutions that meet the needs of our clients – translating needs and requirements into real world products
