- if not, don’t worry if you have no experience as this isn’t necessary and full training will be provided
- we are just looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people’s lives
- experience in the support of vulnerable adults, homeless people, people with substance misuse, alcohol misuse and mental health issues is preferred but not necessary full training will be provided
- signing and moving tenants in
- to maintain daily logs, support session records, service charge record and fire logs
- to advise the Maintenance Team of any maintenance requirement within the service properties
- maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments

- A non-judgemental mindset and an understanding of the impacts of homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma
- A forward-thinking and resilient attitude, to overcome the barriers and setbacks you will face
- administrative experience: 1 year
