Responsibility
- to be a main contributor working towards targets and KPI’s set for the club
- achieve the targets and KPI’s set for the club
- deputise for the General Manager in their absence, influencing all the key areas of the business
- managing the targets and KPI’s through your HOD’s and other team members
- the Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the general manager with all aspects of the business both commercially and operationally
- assist the General Manager with recruitment and training
- taking full ownership of the effective running of the pool plant operations
- monthly, weekly and daily meetings with your HOD’s discussing performance, setting objectives and agreeing accountability
