Responsibility
- oversea day-to-day running of Fulfilment Centre
- supporting roll in Payroll and timesheet
- work closely with inventory and all procurement
- direct daily activities to meet efficiency and profit goals
- recruit, manage, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, discipline employees and scheduling of employees to meet key needs
- manage and provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to various operational roles
- ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solution
- act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
Requirements
- understands the importance of customer service
- strong attention to detail
- must be willing to work extended hours as needed to meet business needs
- warehouse Management: 1 year
- have a well-defined communication and engagement model in place to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business and also that they understand the needs of their teams
- 5+ years of operations leadership, manufacturing, consignment and fulfillment experience in a retail environment preferred
- experience of running a team of 15+ employees
