Requirements

  • autoCAD Knowledge & Experience – This is a must and we will require evidence of this prior to hiring
  • experienced in PLC programming – Allen Bradley as a minimum
  • systems, Software & Hardware development experience
  • degree in Control, Automation or Electrical Engineering is preferred
  • PLC / SCADA system design & development, including safety
  • industrial communications experience – ProfiBus, Ethernet, DeviceNet
  • experience with Emulation & Simulation software an advantage
  • strong & effective communicator

Responsibility

  • participate in design & technical meetings with customers/stakeholders
  • reviewing project specifications and determining project requirements
  • many Marine projects globally also from MOD vessels to Superyachts
