Responsibility
- nursery Manager - £25k to £35 per annum dependent on experience
- oversee all operations and activities of the nursery
- manage a team of nursery staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- develop and implement nursery policies and procedures
- ensure the health and safety of all children in the nursery
- plan and organize age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- maintain accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and other necessary documentation
Requirements
- knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- CPR and First Aid certification
- ability to pass a background check
- previous experience in a leadership role in a nursery or childcare setting OR a desire to progress into this type of role
