- handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with placing orders, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting issues
- process orders and payments efficiently and accurately
- manage customer complaints by actively listening to and addressing their concerns in a timely manner
- follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues
- make outbound calls as required to provide customers with necessary updates and information
- manage and update customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
- collect and report customer feedback to relevant departments to facilitate ongoing improvement
- provide assistance and training to newer agents as necessary to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
