Responsibility
- to create and differentiate lesson plans based on the individual needs of students, listed in their EHCPs
- to update schemes of work when needed/ relevant
- running one time classes like conversation clubs
- keep up to date with all Safeguarding legislation and policy relevant to the setting
- employ a variety of instructional teaching methods, behavioural tools, motivational techniques and materials that are most appropriate for meeting educational objectives that are outlined in the school curriculum
- to attend their teaching duties punctually, respecting all rules and standards, policies and guidelines set by the school, in order to comply with the obligations and commitments appointed during the development of classes
