Responsibility
- chasing customers for outstanding payment by phone and e-mail
- prompt resolution of customer queries through liaison with internal sales and customer service departments
- ensuring a continued focus on the customer experience through the demonstration of a courteous and friendly approach
- daily cash allocation of monies received and matching against outstanding invoices
- reconciliation of customer account statements
- updating customer account notes on internal systems to ensure full visibility of information along with next steps/action points
- sending out customer statements, credit notes and copy invoices
- credit checking and conducting a review of customer credit limits for new and existing customers
