Responsibility
- the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall development of the company’s business and its growth
- identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with prospective customers
- we are SIA approved contractors for the provisions of security guarding, we are CHAS and construction line accredited
- work with sales and marketing to ensure that customers are receiving products in a timely manner
- this role will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop new sales opportunities and identify potential customers
- develop relationships with other companies within the industry to determine market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities
- conduct research on competitors, products, pricing, and other factors
- someone who also can get some subcontracting work other from other security companies
Requirements
- develop and implement new leads to drive business growth
- must able to produce records of pervious achievement in security industry
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on execution of tasks at hand
- minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales experience in security industry, Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
