Responsibility
- manage the overall operations of the tutoring centre, ensuring smooth running of all activities
- supervise and support a team of tutors, fostering a conducive learning and working environment
- coordinate with the Business Development Manager to grow our subscription base and build strong relationships with our clients
- monitor and improve centre performance, setting and achieving ambitious targets
- handle client queries and concerns, striving for high client satisfaction
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- develop and implement strategies to continuously improve our services and operations
- represent the centre in community events, promoting our services and building relationships with potential clients and partners
Requirements
- proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the education sector
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- strong understanding of customer service principles
- ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- self-motivated with a results-driven approach
