• planning menus
• maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and run the kitchen in line with strict hygiene, health and safety guidelines and maintain these high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• to be responsible for the preparation of food, in line with agreed business menus, order the food and cleaning of kitchen equipment
• to work under pressure
• to manage multiple tasks
• to work as part of a team
• provide creativity and imagination for food presentation
• have good organisational skills
• to keep up to date with relevant training
