Responsibility

  • delivering accurate surveys, reports and recommendations to clients utilising app-based software programs
  • liaising with residents and clients whilst on-site
  • conducting fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys to ensure they meet compliance on a range of property types covering a wide range of sectors including care homes, hospitals, schools, hotels etc
  • ensuring the integrity of the building is not breached and any firestopping has been carried out correctly and in line with current regulations
  • proactivity, staying abreast with current fire legislation, maintaining your CPD, attention to detail, and maintaining and consistently delivering a high standard of work are also crucial elements for this role
