Responsibility
- managing a new retail concept store in the emerging “food, fire and outdoor” industry
- overseeing day to day shop sales and operations
- maximising in-store sales with promotions, events and merchandising ideas
- controlling inventory to ensure stock levels managed to optimum efficiency
- engage with customers to provide the best possible customer experience
- managing product displays to provide customers with the optimum shopping experience
Requirements
- passionate about food, fire and the outdoors
- outgoing, personable, charismatic, with life experience
- ability to think on your feet
- general management experience
- previous experience in retail management advantageous but not essential
- eCommerce and fulfilment experience a nice to have
