- support our webinar activities with relevant admin
- contact potential new customers to qualify potential sales leads
- research potential new customers from a variety of sources
- proactively attend webinars and other learning opportunities to develop knowledge of the industry
- assisting the Sales team with various tasks such as handling small retail enquiries, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, sending quotes, processing orders
