Responsibility
this role will consist of focus-based processes to ensure these tasks are completed within a set time frame
general tasks will include the following
\* Serve customers by taking incoming phone calls on a daily basis with a consistent professional approach to meeting their demands
\* Updates software-based programme to capture all received information for future reference, and communicate critical information to staff/engineers
\* Communication throughout the work day with a team of dedicated engineers
the primary task will be to assist the existing administration team, reading job reports, liaising with customers to book and confirm service and installation visits, taking phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person, communicating with engineers throughout a working day to track progress of jobs and other basic administrative tasks

this will involve updating contract portals for job status, and general support for unplanned events that may occur as we are a very reactive business, and no two days are the same

scheduler
Responsibility
ensure that the scheduled work is sent to the relevant engineer
prioritise and assess scheduling and ensure engineers locations and skills set is considered
take responsibility for dealing with all queries that may arise in a timely and customer focused manner
you’ll be responsible for ensuring that planned maintenance, small jobs & emergency call outs are scheduled and logged onto the CRM system
Requirements
ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role
strong IT skills and an ability to ‘pick up’ CRM systems
ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes demanding environment
strong communication ability both written and verbal
