  • strategic
  • reporting to and liaison with the Board of Trustees in ensuring the successful implementation of the FPSP Business Plan
  • maximising business with existing clients and generating new business
  • devising new innovative ways of generating revenue, particularly for off-peak periods
  • engaging in marketing initiatives, identifying and approaching potential new clients etc
  • developing and enhancing the facility’s website and online presence
  • identifying grant opportunities, making applications and liaising with funders
  • working with core-users to organise volunteer make-over days
