Requirements
- experience working with international manufacturers
- minimum 3 years of experience in footwear design, with a focus on women's footwear
- knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials
- degree in Fashion, Design, or a related field
- experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
- excellent sketching and technical drawing skills
- ability to create detailed tech packs and specifications for production
