we are looking for an integrated communications pro to join our Consumer PR team as an Account Manager in our London office
the ideal candidate will have strong traditional, online, consumer and corporate experience and will have worked for a variety of lifestyle and main-stream fashion clients or brands
the Account Manager will play an essential role in supporting the assigned VP in the development and execution of generating maximum brand exposure through creative product placement, launches, and more
the Account Manager must have a genuine passion for developing brands, using true initiative in order to achieve exceptional results, as well as impeccable client liaison skills and an established network of key press and influencer contacts
Requirements
experience of 360 degree fully integrated consumer activations and events that drive traditional coverage and digital social content
experience of managing talent, ambassadors and influencer programmes
issues management experience and experience of writing corporate briefs and positioning statements
creative strategy development and execution
excellent client communication and leadership skills
understanding of digital/social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches
strong presentation, speaking, writing and editing skills
ability to supervise and motivate account staff

ensure client and media deliverables are high-quality and error-free
creating reporting templates and ensuring deadlines for all client reporting requirements are met
develop and implement media relations strategies, goals, targets, and pitch angles that require minimum input from senior colleagues
secure high-profile national, local print, online and broadcast coverage for clients
contribute to creation of communications strategies and tactics that meet client objectives
building relationships with key media targets, especially in the video game and consumer lifestyle space
maintain clear and consistent communications between FINN offices in Europe, agency partners, client partners and our main UK account team
Requirements
has at least 1 years’ experience working on consumer media relations, particularly video game, consumer technology and lifestyle journalists
has an interest in video games, sports, and consumer technology
has excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
has excellent attention to detail
can work both autonomously and as part of a team
25 days’ annual leave
can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
