Responsibility

  • daily Supervision and line manager for floating LC Team
  • managing young person's coordinators, managing staff holidays and holiday cover for cases including case allocation and handover
  • training staff and arranging appropriate staff training
  • continuing to develop a care centred led approach through our support and care led service
  • chairing Staff meetings, representing Leaving Care at required meetings including IRO, MAPPA and other core meetings required involving high risk and/or vulnerable children and young people
  • overseeing weekly case notes and invoices for over 50 cases. Exploring better ways to execute and implement support. Raising safeguarding concerns
  • dealing with Complaints, investigating and escalating. Assess and provide resolutions for complaints
  • chasing outstanding invoices with the Boroughs if required ,for maintenance ,starter packs , rent and support
