- daily Supervision and line manager for floating LC Team
- managing young person's coordinators, managing staff holidays and holiday cover for cases including case allocation and handover
- training staff and arranging appropriate staff training

- chairing Staff meetings, representing Leaving Care at required meetings including IRO, MAPPA and other core meetings required involving high risk and/or vulnerable children and young people
- overseeing weekly case notes and invoices for over 50 cases. Exploring better ways to execute and implement support. Raising safeguarding concerns
- dealing with Complaints, investigating and escalating. Assess and provide resolutions for complaints
- chasing outstanding invoices with the Boroughs if required ,for maintenance ,starter packs , rent and support
- overseeing maintenance and repairs for LC
- placement Feedback and review meetings with placements and management
- business Development researching and identifying potential clients and selling our expertise to them with my extensive experience and social work background
- warning letters and eviction letters
