Responsibility
- posting overhead invoices onto the accounts system
- reconciling monthly supplier statements to that recorded on the system, understanding and amending discrepancies
- preparing the payment run, ready for processing with bank
- preparing monthly credit card expense sheets and circulating these to credit card holders to prepare expense reports in a timely manner
- adhoc reconciling the company’s bank account
- preparing reports for both internal and external purposes
- assisting other departments in the business where necessary
