  • purchase ledger clerk

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • posting overhead invoices onto the accounts system
  • reconciling monthly supplier statements to that recorded on the system, understanding and amending discrepancies
  • preparing the payment run, ready for processing with bank
  • preparing monthly credit card expense sheets and circulating these to credit card holders to prepare expense reports in a timely manner
  • adhoc reconciling the company’s bank account
  • preparing reports for both internal and external purposes
  • assisting other departments in the business where necessary

Requirements

  • purchase ledger: 2 years
  • accounts payable: 2 years
